What flights can I book?
You can book any commercial flight in the world. We also offer high-speed rail tickets in Europe and Amtrak tickets in the US. If for some reason you don’t find a certain flight you’re looking for, message us and we can still book it for you!

Does Avopass cost money?
There is no fee for Avopass. To join, you'll just have to load at least $100 on your Avopass each year. This amount can be used instantly to book flights. So, if you book more than $100 in flights a year, there is no cost for Avopass.
How is this possible?
Airlines give commissions to travel agents for bookings. We use part of that commission to pay for carbon offsets--all while keeping the lowest ticket price available to you.
Do I have to sign up?
Avopass aims to be more than just a transactional flight booking site. We want more than just a one-off relationship with our travelers. By having people pay an annual amount that’s immediately available as travel credit, we ensure travelers come back to us again and again. You can always cancel at any time! It’s similar to Amazon prime, but you’ll get back the $100 right away as flight credit.
How is Avopass carbon negative?
Avopass supports efforts to make travel more sustainable. One way we do this is by offsetting all carbon emissions from our bookings by 200%. This is an immediate first step travelers can take to partly alleviate their carbon footprint. Read more about our efforts by clicking here.
Avopass also supports longer-term solutions to environmentally-friendly aviation, namely sustainable aviation fuel.
What's the lowest price guarantee?
We guarantee the lowest price on the web. If you find a better price, we'll match it. Within 30 minutes of your booking, send us a link to the lower price you found elsewhere on the web and we’ll credit you the price difference. (It must be the same exact flight and itinerary.)

What bags can I bring?
When booking your ticket, you'll see baggage options on the final page. We recommend packing light. It’s better for the environment, and often costs much less. You’ll always be able bring a personal item free, and usually a carry-on as well.
You can pay for baggage in advance, or wait to do it with the airline.
How are tickets issued?
Tickets are issued within 12 hours.
Tickets will be issued within 12 hours of your booking. Your card will not be charged until the ticket is issued. In the unlikely event that the ticket is sold out or not available, you’ll receive a full refund plus $5 in credit. Your travel and booking is not confirmed until you receive a PNR from us within 12 hours.
Can I earn frequent flier miles?
Yes! As soon as you receive your PNR confirmation, you can log in to the airlines site to add your frequent flyer number and look at things such as seating preferences. You can always buy additional baggage with the airline too.
How can I join?
Signups for Avopass are limited. Check below to see if you can sign up now; if not, you can get on our waiting list. You’ll need to add your primary travel card--it’ll be set up to load $100 in credit a year on your Avopass.
